Technical Features

Any type of preformed laminated pouch (Three/ four side/ center seal/ Stand up/ Zipper etc) is used on this machine.
Timer controlled all operations (Vacuum, Nitrogen and Sealing).
Adjustable pouch support for different pouch lengths (up to 30”).
Pouch holding is in vertical position.
Sealer length – 500 mm.
Sealing type- male female linings in heat type two jaws.
Pouch holding by silicon rubber to avoid wastage of Nitrogen.
Compressed air 3-4 cfm at 6 kg. / Cm. Sq. is required to operate this machine.
Power required – 220 VAC 50 Hz. Single phase, 3 kW max.
Vacuum pump is included with the machine.
